Our Menu
Pousada Senhora dos Remédios' kitchen offers you homemade regional cooking, often prepared following old family recipes, but also international cuisine refined with local flavours − completed by desserts, fresh fruits, juices, liqueurs and a genuine 'Cachaça' distilled from sugar cane.
The menu feature organic produce as well as beef from the farm cooked in our Wood Burning Stove. Our famous homemade products are on sale in the farm shop.
All the ingredients used in our menus are organic, locally sourced or home produced.
There's nothing better than waking up and getting an early start to enjoy all that the place has to offer.
